Based on the article 12th of the Regulation related to the law numbered 5188 aiming protection and safety of the institutions, Protection and Security Plans have to be prepared.

In the processes of preparing your Protection and Security Plan and taking necessary legal approvals we provide consultancy services as Genkor Servis.

Protection and Security Plans shall be prepared in a manner to include the matters sated below and presented to the Governors` Office.

• Settlement plan of the facilities and areas

• Measures to be taken against fires and course of action to take after a fire

• Measures to be taken against natural gas leaks and fire and course of action

• Measures to be taken against electrical leakage and fire and course of action

• Measures to be taken against theft and course of action

• Measures to be taken in the event of earthquakes and natural disasters and course of action

• Measures to be taken against sabotages, precautions to take at escapeways and information to give at related authorities

• Course of action to take against collective actions

• Measures to be taken against incidents which may occur at airports and seaports and course of action to take after the incident

• Institutions, corporations. Plan of the connections of the streets and other routes with the facilities and areas

• Methods of establishing communications with the related institutions, corporations and general law enforcement officers.

In addition to the matters indicated above, the importance of the goods and services of the place whose Protection and Security Plan shall be prepared, geographical conditions of the region, its distance to the security forces and depending on its strategic importance other matters that are found adequate may be added.

A copy of the plans to be prepared shall be kept at the Provincial Security Directorate, a copy at the related place, facility etc., and a copy at the head office of the company or the unit center. Attention shall be paid to make the plans plain and understandable, necessary care and sensitivity shall be shown to prevent unconcerned third parties from acquiring them. Special security officers to serve in this area shall be informed in the subject of protection and security plans that are prepared.

The governorate may request to make changes in the protection and security plan or to eliminate deficiencies that are observed in the plan within thirty days. For institutions and corporations that have multiple branches, the protection and security plans that are prepared from the branches or from the head office shall be presented to the governorate of the province they are located. However according to the characteristics of the location or the workplace, if there are additional measures to take, these will be requested to be included in the plan.
